When I left I had no confidence this would get fixed. I was not believed and they made an error. I did get an email and credit the next day. She said I could leave and if the charge was not mine they would credit me. I said I thought this was poor customer service, that I don’t lie about such things, have had a choice account for many years and they were not taking my word for a $7 charge. I asked how long this would take and she said something to the affect that it would take however long it took. I asked to speak to the manager and learned that the woman working there was the manager. They ignored me and continued with their work. I said I was getting irritated, did not make the charge and wanted it removed from my bill. After about 10 minutes I asked how much longer and still got no answer. I asked how long that would take and they could give me no answer. When I complained I was told by the front desk they had to call the bar so they could review all the charge slips. I did not use the bar and made no charge for anything else. When I checked out there was a charge from the bar for $7.
